3. The employer is not following or enforcing CDC guidelines in regards to the use of facemasks or face coverings. Some mangers do not wear their facemasks or face coverings when near other employees. 4. Employees are not provided with adequate number of reusable or disposable facemasks or face coverings so it can be changed during the shift if soiled or wet. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
