This restaurant is not following the Covid-19 guidelines mandated by the Governor. Frequently, social distancing is not observed. Masks are being worn below the nose, below the chin - at times, managers wear their mask hanging from one ear. There is a very tiny break room -

social distancing is not possible in there. Store policy is only one person allowed in there at a time. Yet, there are frequently 2 or more employees in there at the same time. Temperatures are rarely checked. Questions about symptoms are not asked unless they are checking your temperature - they don't always ask then either. If employees have symptoms, as long as they are not running a fever or vomiting, they are told to tough it out and come to work. If employees are already at work, they must complete their shift. One manager called out of work due to running a fever of 102F. Less than 24 hours later, they were back at work. They told at least two people including Complainant that they had missed work the day before due to the fever.
