据报道，爱达荷州查巴克于3月31日星期日停电。爱达荷电力公司报告说，其在查巴克约有1,000名客户没有电。黄石大道和查巴克路没有正常工作的交通信号灯导致了两辆车的失事。据爱达荷电力公司称，停电是由线路干扰造成的。预计将在周日下午 12:30 之前恢复供电。
