1. Managers interact with staff members, yet do not wear face masks. The employer has failed to follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, thereby potentially exposing employees to the coronovirus.Applicable Standard: General Duty Clause: Section 5(a)(1)
2. More employees than are capable of working at least 6 feet apart are required to work at the drive-thru window, kitchen, and other locations in the restaurant, thereby potentially exposing employees to the coronovirus.

3. Employees tested positive for COVID-19, however, the employer failed to deep clean and sanitize the facility as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thereby potentially exposing employees to the coronovirus.
