1. Sharps containers are not readily available to employees and contract employees (Quest) engaged in drawing blood. Employees/contract employees must walk from room-to -room carrying contaminated sharps to dispose of them in sharps containers. 2. Biohazard bags/boxes are overflowing and need to be taken out and changed. 3. Mask are not consistently worn or are not worn over mouth and nose. They only wear masks when patients come in and pull them down often. 4. Housekeeping staff do not clean/disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as handles and desks.
