1. Training and instruction sheets are written only in English, where most in-house and temp staffing speak and/or read only Spanish. 2. The employer requires the lifting of heavy garbage containers by a single person instead of two. 3. Workers have sustained injuries that include hand injuries, shoulder strains and back injuries due to the excessive line speed and weight of the boxes, specifically with Machines #1770 and 1728 4. The employer does not have the appropriate measures for infection control plan including personal protective equipment, training, etc. 5. The employer has not implemented social distancing for infection control. 6. The employer has not implemented good infection control housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment.
