1. The employer is not enforcing the use of personal protective equipment for employees potentially exposed to COVID-19. 2. Dental assistants are provided face shields, such wearing of PPE is not enforced, thus exposing employees to COVID-19 and bloodborne pathogen hazards. 3. Blood-soiled articles are disposed of in regular waste cans; bio-hazard trash containers are not located in the facility, thereby exposing employees to bloodborne pathogen hazards. 4. Employees are not aware of first-aid kits locations, thus exposed to related health hazards.
