COVID-19 response plan not in compliance with executive orders. COVID-19 response plan not being utilized and enforced. COVID-19 response plan being treated as optional. Refusal to update COVID-19 response plan as directed in executive order. Congregation regularly encouraged by church leadership to meet in large groups in person, with or without masks and social distancing. Church staff trained to 'respect' the choices of individuals to mask up or not. Hospitality team shaking hands or otherwise physically touching as a greeting. Hospitality team not wearing PPE provided. Ropes separating seats in auditorium removed or ignored at whim to accommodate additional households less than 6 feet apart. Beverages served to people while standing and being consumed while walking and interacting without social distancing. Social gatherings before and after the religious services not curtailed.
