There are two known positive cases of COVID-19 at the establishment. 1. All the employees work closely together, and face masks are not being worn by management. 2. Face masks are not being enforced for employees in the back of the house in the kitchen. Employees have been coughing while not wearing face masks. 3. The employer is requiring employees to continue working even if they have been exposed to COVID-19. Employees who get tested for the virus are fired.
