Employer not enforcing social distancing

UPS management has decided to relax their social distancing guidelines. They now do not actively enforce social distancing. Procedure was put in place to punch in and then report directly to your package car. Now the whole driver group seems to be congregating by the offices and management turns a blind eye to it. They are also allowing multiple people on car to work together. The aren't making this mandatory, but they don't care to enforce social distancing. At the same time, they are not enforcing the usage of PPE or masks. They are providing them, but have relaxed the regulations on using them. This means that 2 people are working together ?6 feet apart without PPE. Management has been riding on car with hourly employees and they haven't been using PPE either. I feel that they are displaying a lack of responsibility and disregard for protocols to keep the virus from spreading.
