I received a small white envelope not thinking I opened it. It was not the package I had be waiting for. I did not order this . It is a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses for a $163.00 taken off of a visa card. I want to get it straightened out. It cost $163:00. Please tell me how to return an get money back.
