You probably ordered something else. Same thing happened to me. They send something cheap or fraudulent in place of what originally ordered.

Same problem. Later found it is SHENI not SHEIN through kulo.shop. Ordered 6/28. Today finally received a package, but it was a moissanite ring with a GMA certificate..which I am sure is a fake. Emailed the company. Not looking good.
