Didnt receive my order but they charged my credit card then the website was gone. So I ordered some swimsuits online they charged my credit card & the items never came & they never sent me an email

I had the same problem. I ordered July 5th, they took my money and I havent received any of the items or an email. Scammers FML!!!
I'm having the same problem. I ordered o. July 8th they took money but I never received my products, or an email. Now Shein says I never ordered.
Same problem. Later found it is SHENI not SHEIN through kulo.shop. Ordered 6/28. Today finally received a package, but it was a moissanite ring with a GMA certificate..which I am sure is a fake. Emailed the company. Not looking good.
I’m having the same problem ordered on the 28th of june .didn’t receive anything.emailed them because i checked the tracking number they gave me.package didn’t move from LA .emails them asking why now all of a sudden they say my package was delivered on the 26th of July.but it wasn’t.started a claim with credit cards company gave me back my money but next day charged my card . They are a big scam
Exactly the same problem! Swimwear ordered on July 16, credit card charged but the goods were never delivered!
I had the same problem. I ordered July 2nd, they took my money and I haven't received any of the items or an email. I think I received a call, but it was said in Chinese language, which unfortunately I do not speak or understand.
