Many employees have voiced their fears of being exposed to COVID-19 and their concern that nothing was being done about it. School officials are not providing any information about COVID-19 cases at the school or safety instruction to the employees. Employees are concerned about retaliation from the... Any enforceable actions that still exist within the school buildings concerning active Covid-19 cases as filed in original complaint 1665943. Employees have been told to not say anything and if they are afraid to come to work due to Covid-19 then the superintendent will accept their resignation. This was told to the custodians at the Jr high school by the superintendent personally and other employees may have been warned as well.
