USPS Teterboro package sitting with no movement, USPS Teterboro Distribution Center, Industrial Avenue, Teterboro, NJ, USA

I ordered a photo thru Shutterfly who ships "UPS." However, apparently at some point, they hand off to USPS. So now my package is sitting in Teterboro for over a week with no movement. UPS says they can't help because it's with USPS. And USPS can't help because I don't have a USPS tracking #.

Received a package from Rosewood P, 2800 N franklin rd. Indianapolus, In 48219. I did not order this item, not even my size. Want to return or get credit on my account. The charge of 49.94 on my acct was from a co. Name Taza, ygatepte.ltd.
