Two (2) employees were persuaded o work and management knowingly knew the employees were positive with COVID-19. The two employees did not wear masks exposing other employees and customers.

On May 1st, an employee came to work who was sick and in the process of being tested for COVID. She worked with 4 out of the 7 other people who are employed at this location. She tested positive, and is only off until the 9th. Her

test came back the 3rd. The sick one was wearing double medical masks. This was brought to the attention of management who was told don't worry about it and its fine. The whole staff is uncomfortable working and worried about getting sick. Because of the amount of employees who worked with the one who was sick, it is believed that the establishment should be shut down for the 10 day period to get rid of the chance of the whole staff becoming sick and spreading it more.

1. There has been two different instances where employees have contracted COVID-19, they did not shut the store down to clean and they did not allow employees to quarantine or get tested.

The store owner allowed workers to work knowing they had symptoms of covid and tested positive for covid. Owner told other workers to keep it a secret. Owner also allowed 2 employees at the age of 17 close the store.
