1. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(6) - Physical distancing cannot be maintained in the workplace. Customers are right in the employee's face and Employer doing nothing about it. 2. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(A) - Plexiglass barriers were removed at the entrance where employees work.

1. There was a death from COVID previously (last year) and presently we have 2 team leads and several other employees with COVID-19. 2. Not all employees are informed about these outbreaks because the store is short staffed. 3. Not giving employees the option to quarantine. 4.
The staff share areas like the lunch room and items such as brooms, mops, dust pans etc. but they are not cleaned properly. 5. They did not clean the kitchen or informed anyone of the positive COVID case today.
