1. The employer is not complying with the Governor?s COVID-19 guidelines. Employees testing positive for COVID-19 are asked to return to work after a confirmed case.
2. The facility is not being cleaned or disinfected following an employee testing positive.

1. The General Manager stated to all employees that an employee tested positive for Covid-19, and that they had submitted paperwork for clearance so that the employee could return to work. Employees were informed by the returning employee that they had only received their positive results the... See More same day as the when they began working again.
