I take care of an elderly couple who ordered garden boxes, paid for them, then received garden gloves instead. Craftsman-Buy said it was a "mistake". Absolute lying scammers. Now they want the home-bound and disabled couple to send the gloves back *at their own expense* before giving… See more

I have yet to receive the items that I ordered. They were ordered way back in Feb. Of course they didn't waste anytime taking the money taking their fee out of my account. Don't believe it should take over 2 months to get what was ordered!!

I placed my order on Nov 21 they sent me a tracking number and after several weeks it disappeared they tried to say I received it so they told me they would reship the tracking number was AQ6679869**** at www.tracking654 and now it's happened again no package it's just disappeared
