I take care of an elderly couple who ordered garden boxes, paid for them, then received garden gloves instead. Craftsman-Buy said it was a "mistake". Absolute lying scammers. Now they want the home-bound and disabled couple to send the gloves back *at their own expense* before giving a refund. Sick people exploiting unaware and disabled elderly people!!!! And no recourse whatsoever! Infuriating.
