Had mahi tacos on Sunday at around 2pm. At 10pm, developed abdominal pain and started vomiting. And had diarrhea in the morning. No other food that day was eaten so it's from mahi tacos. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
