1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. Employees are not wearing masks systematically. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization at the facility, common areas and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.
Employer is mandating employees who test positive for COVID-19 continue to come into work. Employer is not notifying employees who have been in close contact with those testing positive for COVID-19.
Multiple employeess in the store have tested positive with Covid, not contact tracing. All of management do not wear masks. An employee is currently working that is visibly sick. No precautions are being taken to stop the spread of COVID for employees.
The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) employees are allowed to continue to work while testing positive for Covid19.
