Multiple users report scams linked to Instagram purchases: items never arrive, or what’s delivered looks nothing like what was advertised. Victims describe ordering LEGO sets, strimmers, or clothing based on polished Instagram ads but end up receiving dollar-store items, knockoffs, or nothing at all. Products often arrive from unknown names like “Strimmer Online” or “Ordered Merchandise USA,” and seller accounts vanish after payment.

Instagram has lots of products for sale. I'd say the majority are fraudulent. Zuckerberg hard at work again.

Once I realized, a couple of hours after ordering, I did a bit more investigation because I thought I was ordering from Life Is Good and soon realized it was fraud! I immediately canceled my card and emailed them that I was reporting this as a scam… See more

On 5/06/2024 I bought and paid for 6 pairs of slacks. I was given a tracking number but it doesn't register.
I ordered 6 pairs of slacks from Liguanbo. They haven't arrived and I have had no tracking updates. I paid $53.99 via PayPal. The ad was on Facebook or Instagram.

Bought some clothing from "Cos Outlet Store" which wasn't Cos Outlet Store at all. I was tired at the end of the day and was on my instagram. I usually check but didn't. More fool me.
Seems that Scenery Trade Co Ltd are behind this front. BEWARE!!!
