Multiple users report scams linked to Instagram purchases: items never arrive, or what’s delivered looks nothing like what was advertised. Victims describe ordering LEGO sets, strimmers, or clothing based on polished Instagram ads but end up receiving dollar-store items, knockoffs, or nothing at all. Products often arrive from unknown names like “Strimmer Online” or “Ordered Merchandise USA,” and seller accounts vanish after payment.

Ordered online through a link in Instagram and never received confirmation OR product.
I ordered security cameras through an ad in Instagram and never received the product of confirmation. I don't have a number to call. Credit card was billed $111.70

Design by Ro all over instagram advertising selling bags, advertising free returns, but it’s a scam

The bag smells like awful harmful chemicals and the size is not as described on the site, so I emailed them asking how to return it and received an email saying could not be returned
