Instagram jewelry purchase scam, Scammer on instagram

I ordered four different pieces of jewelry, two rings, and two bracelets that were supposed to be David Yurman. Not only did what they sent me not appear to be David Yurman, but they sent me two bracelets and two rings that looked nothing like what I had ordered I tried to go back through the website but got Virus alerts when I tried to contact them through the website and Instagram. There was no invoice in the package and I am having a lot of trouble returning this and getting a refund. Do not purchase things from this company.
