Received a package today 4/13/23 had this ring in it which I didn’t order…it came with GRA Moissanite certificate..the only thing I ordered was clothes I thought was JC Penny. How do I look into this and what do I do .

In March I saw an advertisement on Facebook for clothes and shoes and made the purchase. Today I receive an envelope with a chip ring with a stone that claims to be Moissanite and an envelope of authenticity of that stone, but my clothes or shoes arrived, big scam.
