May 17th I received a ring in the mail with no order placed. Googling the address I seen this bldg was associated with scamming and many other also receiving a ring that was not ordered. I am unsure what to do?

I received a women’s “MOISSANITE” ring in the mail which neither myself nor my spouse ordered. It arrived in white, bubble wrap packaging and enclosed was the ring in a red velvet box as well as a gold envelope with the GRA MOISSANITE REPORT and warranty card.… See more

just like I said above, purchased 6 pairs of shoes for $41.67- never recieved as of 3/21/23

Update 05/23: RECEIVED FROM ONLINE SELLER AT 188 S MOUNTAIN HOUSE PARKWAY, TRACY, CA 95377. COULD HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH FACEBOOK ORDER OF SHOES I NEVER RECEIVED BUT WAS CHARGED FOR

I received a package with my correct address and phone number through USPS. There is no receipt or correspondence except the “GRA Certificate of Authentic” (spelled incorrectly) like I saw on another post.
