I am reporting a scam like the one from Brisbane Aus. I thought it was a sight from Myers for clothes and I received a ring worth nothing., HeNanBaoShui in China

There was something inside that said to Register it at a certain site called G.R.A. Certificate of Authentic Register. There is also a card that has GRA and MOISSANITE on it with details about Carat weight Color Clarity and so on. It says that the stone in the ring is a Diamond.
