I received a package in the mail today from Second Brother 166-10 Metcalf Ave. Flushing, NY 11365 with a ring inside that I did not order. There is no order slip or anything, just a card from "GRA." The package is addressed to me at my home address so I opened it. What should I do?!

I received a little package from Second Brother from Flushing, NY. When I opened it there was a GRA Moissanite ring which I have not ordered.
I have been waiting for jeans from Judy Blue’s / Onlyress which has the tracking being received into and leaving Queens, NY on the same exact dates.

Hi I’m the same with everyone also ordered clothes but got a ring instead and I had to walk to far just to be disappointed

Nothing much just checking my orders then I saw that it’s been delivered but when I went to pick it up today instead of a large package it’s just a smaller one
