The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

My partner bought an item advertised on fb . He didn't received the item but a silk scarf from PFT logistics Heathrow Slough which he did not order . The money he paid £40 pound to was called AB *CHASHENS

I just received a pair of gray earmuffs in a package in the mail. I never ordered these. I did order a cat tree from a company called Wokknit from Facebook. Tried to find contact information for them but couldn’t find any on their website.
