The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

Ordered four lawn chairs from a Facebook Ad that showed as from QVC on 4/18/23.
On 5/9/23 received a package from Carson, 180 Exchange Boulevard, Glendale Heights, IL, 60139 that was a thin goldfish colored material.

I'm in New Berlin

I usually use PayPal but that was not an option!
I received a piece of outdoor material the size of a placemat!

I ordered some items on cherishes.com website that was advertised on Facebook. The total came to $41.16. I never received the merchandise purchased. I will be calling the bank tomorrow. Sham on Facebook for allowing this to be linked to their site. Be aware of this vender. SCAM
