The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

Joan fabric went out of business and was selling everything at lower prices. However these people started using Joan’s name and post and place a sewing machine at $9.99. I ordered 2. Everything seemed legit until it never arrived.
