I ordered a hooded cape cloak from a facebook retailer. They never sent the package. Opened a case with PayPal (whom wanted to back the seller originally, case is still opened), chargeback with Mastercard whom found in my favor because seller would not respond. Still waiting on resolution (up to 45 days) on PayPal. PayPal is also a dishonest company… not the first time Ive been duped by them. Closing my account. I received a dress that was sheer and looked like it was made of scarves and did not order. This company is directly related to China. I ordered a coat from a retailer supposedly in the US… China is where it came from, now in a big battle with PayPal. Dis
