There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

My dog is so sick from these dreambone triple flavor twisties. I had to rush him to vet. He has bloody diarrhea and throwing up all night. Just buy some vegetables or chicken and cook for a treat, cheaper than this crap from China  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloody Stool
