There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

Our schnauzer was healthy and strong in early December. She ate some Twist DreamBones, got violently ill with bloody stools and vomiting. She DIED a few days later in a 24hr emergency hospital.

Gave our 2 Shih Tzu’s Dreambones, both dogs were vomiting with bloody diarrhea. Had to take them to the vet multiple times. We bought Dreambones thinking it was a safe alternative to raw hides and come to find out they had poisoned our dogs. These need to come off the shelf!!  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloody Stool

Gave my dog 2 Dream Bone candy cane twists and he had diarrhea within hours! There is no doubt in my mind it was these treats! And to think I trusted it them because I trusted that Target wouldn’t sell something that could hurt our beloved pets. I am going back to making all my treats from scratch!

my dog had liver failure! the vet kept telling us it was poison, but we said no way she could have come in contact with such. that was appr 5 mos ago and $4500 later. she now must take denarnaron every day!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!
