Received an envelope with their name on it and a little plastic disc inside of it showed up at my house

That I received a little silver disc from a Heather's money 2207 summit avenue Union City New Jersey 07087 that I did not order I have no idea why it came here

Today I received a white envelope containing 3 weird looking brushes. Don't know what they could possibly be for and know I did not order them, Came from Heathersb Mottysb in Staten Island. Underneath my name and address is an address from China.

I ordered two Swim Rompers from Ximi online through FaceBook. I received two rompers that are not the right size and not quite the same product. There is no return label, email or phone to contact. The package was sent by UPS from Jane 371 Little Falls Rd STE 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009
