The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintaining a minimum 6-feet of separation between persons/patrons in public spaces. 3.

They do not do our wellness checks they are not sanitizing everything like it should be saving materials that were at tables before it was 75 percent capacity we had so many people in there you couldnt walk thru to the dining area because so many people.
Now an employee has covid and we arent even being told if we were there at the same time or came in contact with employee.

1. It is alleged two employee tested positive for COVID-19 and all employees who were potentially exposed were not notified. The employer has not developed and implemented policies and procedures to notify its own employees who may have been exposed within 24 hours of a discovery of
their possible exposure. 2. It is alleged the employer did not perform deep cleaning of work areas after employees tested positive for COVID-19. Areas in the place of employment where known or suspected to be infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, employees or other persons accessed or worked, shall be cleaned and disinfected prior to allowing other employees access to the areas. 3. It is alleged the employer has not conducted COVID-19 related training with employees. 4. It is alleged employees report to work with COVID-19 related symptoms and allowed to remain at work while experiencing symptoms. 5. It is alleged the employer has no Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan in place.
