I had a similar reaction (small red spot for a day or 3 afterwards and then developed a large 2+ inch diameter welt that was itchy about a week later). I took some Zyrtec once daily and the welt and itching are nearly gone after 3 days

It’s been 9 days since my vaccine. On day 7 I got a small rash around the vaccination site and it feels like there is a knot about 2 inches in diameter. My arm is sore and warm. Weird that it started a week after the vaccine?
