The employer is allowing COVID-19 positive employees to continue working and is not sanitizing the facility. The employer is not informing employees COVID-19 exposures.

There were three known cases of COVID-19 on January 2, 2022. Employees were working close together with a manager who was positive with the virus on December 28, 2021. The employer did not want employees to know that the manager was sick and other employees became infected... with the virus. The employer is expecting employees to come back to work without isolating.
