I ordered the battery powered chain saw on April 10, 2021 and have never received it. I started tracking it and it said it was delivered. I checked all my property cameras and there was no delivery made. This is a scam, I want my money back or send my order

I also ordered this chainsaw and got the same keychain wire that's shown in the other pics. I reported it to PayPal and they are not handling the report correctly. Do not order through this company, it is definitely a scam.
