Nothing like the big boxes and name brand items as shown. Must be a scam. Tried to get in touch but email does not exist

They said I was going to receive a pallet and I paid extra for the bigger deal. I ended up with earbuds and a charger cord. There was about half what I paid for the supposed pallet that ended up being a little teeny tiny plastic envelope. This is bull. I want my money back.
