Employee came into work after being close contact with someone who tested poistive for COVID-19. Employee was also showing symptoms. They were told they could come back after 14 days quarantine, and did not have to test. Customers are also allowed in the store without face coverings.... signage is posted but the company has made it every clear they cannot tell them to exit the store and employees are forced to serve them. Open roller grill has food that customers can touch and employees cant do anything about it and told only waste it if a customer touches it bare handed.

1. The employer is allowing employees to come to work with symptoms of the covid-19 virus and not informing other employees when the employee tests positive for the virus. 2. The facility does not have OSHA posters posted in the store.

1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. A supervisor brought multiple breakroom tables and employees together during a meal break, with less than 6 feet of separation between the approximately 5 seated employees. The supervisor then... announced that the violation of social distancing was allowed due to her allowing it. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Management is not speaking to or reminding customers to wear their face covers, even when walking directly past customers who are not wearing face covers. Hazard Location: 1. Breakroom area. 2.
