Lone Star Dairy Products LLC has initiated a voluntary recall of its spray-dried dairy powder due to the presence of Salmonella spp. The affected products were distributed across the USA. The recall was initiated on March 11, 2026, and is currently ongoing. A total of 1,791,543.94 pounds of product is affected. The issue was discovered during finished product testing, which identified Salmonella spp. contamination. The recall has been classified as Class I, with the classification date noted as March 31, 2026.
