Marichron Pharma LLC has issued a recall for its Ozone Soft Chews due to the absence of a universal THC symbol on each serving, which is required by the Division of Cannabis Control. The affected products were distributed to dispensaries in Carroll, Coshocton, Cincinnati, Piqua, Sandusky, and Englewood, Ohio in the United States.The recalled products include:
- Ozone Soft Chews
- Various flavors: Blue Raspberry, Blood Orange, Grape, Strawberry, Mango, Watermelon, Cherry, Lemon, Melon, Pineapple, and Blackberry.
- These were manufactured between September 5, 2025, and February 11, 2026
- Sold from September 14, 2025, to February 17, 2026.
The issue was identified by the Division of Cannabis Control, leading to a Class II recall initiated on February 20, 2026. This classification indicates a remote probability of adverse health consequences.
