I received a package today from that address & I got wrapping paper with "Merry Dickmas" written on them. NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I did order TS wrapping papers but never received it.

large envelope. This bed was a piece of junk and looked nothing like the picture. It was stuffed with I’m guessing huge chunks of foam rubber with little to no padding. The stitching was terrible. I sent complaints to their customer service to no avail. Their e-mail responses were broken English with poor grammar. I knew something wasn’t right. They wouldn’t address any of my concerns, their e-mails started out with same odd greeting. I googled this alleged business and read reviews, bad reviews. The plastic which this bed was wrapped in was very yellowed which I thought was odd. I read on these reviews these products are shipped from China. Nowhere in their bio about how this company, founded in 2020 does it state their product comes from China. All they offered were percentages of refunds after I sent pictures. They kept upping their percentage of refund, I just wanted a total refund. I also noticed which I’ve read on your site that others saw a common denominator, the sender’s name as JANE. Customer service, which apparently is fake said if I returned the product it’d cost $20 or more. The return address they provided was you guessed it, China.
