I placed an order yesterday and never received a confirmation email. When I tried to contact or login it doesn’t let me. I paid $35.00 plus for crab legs and now I have a feeling I got scammed and I want any money back. I never received a receipt or any confirmation number

A few weeks ago I ordered 12lb of crab off the Internet. I was charged the full price but never received my crab, so I disputed it with my CC and was refunded. Today, I received a pair of unordered earbuds. Not that I have a use for them.
