Uncontrollable infestation of roaches. Customers are killing them asking when it's gonna be resolved. A patient with known case of COVID-19 was being allowed to visit diner exposing patrons numerous times. Management notified of lack of hand sanitizer and or proper p.p.e. Lastly management's refusal to dispose
of expired food as well as follow food temperature and storage guidelines. Ground Beef being kept out at room temperature to be served the next day.

Recall notice
FROMM FAMILY FOODS is issuing a voluntary recall of approximately 5,500 cases of Fromm Shredded can Entrée dog food due to potentially elevated levels of Vitamin D.
Consumers should stop feeding the products listed below to their dogs. Potential adverse reactions could occur in all size dogs.

No reports of illness or injury have been reported from consumers to date, however Fromm management has determined it is prudent to pull these four lots out of distribution.
Affected recalled products were distributed at neighborhood pet stores nationwide.
Products are packaged in 12 oz. cans with Best By Date 08/2024. A full list of affected products is:

Dogs ingesting elevated levels of Vitamin D may exhibit symptoms such as vomiting, loss of appetite, increased thirst, increased urination, excessive drooling, and weight loss. Vitamin D when consumed at very high levels can lead to serious health issues in dogs including renal dysfunction. Consumers who have dogs that have consumed any of the affected products and are exhibiting these symptoms should contact their veterinarian.

Saturday and approximately a month and a half ago. It was our Cairn Terrier. Trader Joe's DrlibStylecCorned Beef flavor dog treats We first gave the treat to our dog about a month and half ago and we didn't know what got him sick. We had to drive
home with him and had to take him straight to the emergency vet. Then he had to go to his vet the next day. He was given fluids under his skin and given shots of anti nausea shots. Then we came back to our cottage whete the treat was on Saturday and gave him that treat again, as it was kept here and he started getting sick all over again like the last time, so we realized it was this treat and also realized we gave itc to him before we left last time.
