Saw a Bed, Bath and Beyond clearance online ad, went to the site, " purchased sets of pans, etc- household goods, then kept seeing notices that this was a scam company.

Charged my bank. $36.00+. How can I report this as fraud ?

I ordered an item and it was not what I expected i have been trying to send an email to the service and customer service emails that are provided both messages are that the email address is invalid.
