I received a ring with a clear stone, sterling”type” band. Never ordered it nor will I pay for it.

I also received a similar ring with Gemological Research Academy "fake certification" - Obviously a scam. I suspect it pertains to some ladies tops I ordered a while back from what appeared to be Dillard's closeouts. I have disputed an unknown charge on my credit card (appearing as Shoespend Hong Kong).
I also received a ring I did not order and would never order jewelry on line. I have no idea how that got my information. Did you send it back? Did they charge you for the ring?
