suspicious activity by deliver driver, Salinas Court South, Salem, OR, USA

on 12/18/2023 an amazon delivery driver at around 2:20pm was on Salinas court opening a box that delivery person took out of amazon van and opened it, could not tell if something was taken out, then taped it back up and put it back in van, this is totally not ok.
